Fuel pressure and regulator??

Just 2 simple questions....1. What should the stock pressure be with and without the vacume line connected? 2. What is the BEST
adjustable regulater available for the 94 L. I have a Blue Paxton unit off of a 91 5.0. New Never used, but they were leaky all the time on the 5.0. This was supposed to be a new design.

Thanks for the info but I still need the stock specs for fuel pressure, or better yet what are the best settings for fuel pressure. I am at about 3200 elevation, so maybe I should run it a little leaner. Also the truck is WWAAYYYY off et wise. I know altitude has a big effect but she is now running in the 15.80-16.00
At sea level she went a best of 14.78-9 at 93 now best mph is like 85-86. I figure the adjustable reg will help cause it is running VERY rich. Just have a few bolt on's see sig. Thanks for the help
