No need to mess with stock FMU lines... The FMU goes on the return line, usually -6 line is used for the return on a setup like your doing, So what you do is run a - 6 braided line out of one of the rail ports you decied to use for the return then it goes to the FMU "IN" (mount the FMU where ever you please) You can buy a fitting that reduces from -6 down to -4 so it will thred onto the FMU you have... Do the same thing on the FMU "out" and run the -6 all the back to the tank... Since your FMU uses -4 there will be somewhat of a restriction at that point but I don't think it will be enough to cause any problems.for what your wanting to do...
