I don't think you get much benefit from the thermal transfer but I've heard that they do help with the drivability with a sniper type EFI system because they add a little "plenum" volume and allow some cross over on a dual plane intake. I've milled the bridge out of a couple intakes for guys running similar style EFI for this reason.Getting back to working on the truck. Would putting a intake spacer be a good idea? I am running a performer rpm with a holley sniper setup, carb style efi. Would it help with heat transfer from the intake?
