ever since my header install...

I have developed a VERY slight surge. It almost wouldn't be noticable without the blower whine. but ever 10-15 seconds it surges a little lower, like 200rpm rather than the 100rpm it is steady at. Sometimes it even surges worse for split second. Any ideas? My cap and rotor looked pretty rough for only being a year and a half old so they were replaced with no effect.

Sam, I assume you dropped your headers in from the top. Check the driver's side area and make sure you got all the hoses and vacuum lines on OK. Should be no surge. After my Bassani install truck started up fine with no problems and ran as before. Try resetting the computer as well.

Actually the drivers side i put it in up from the bottom cause the blower was in the way. I'll try resetting. Thanks
