Engine work?

Hey guys... noticed a serious lack of head/cam/engine work information... any such information exists? It stands to reason that seeing nice big bonuses from head/cam work on an N/A motor would show similar improvement on a boosted motor right? So are there people making head/cam upgrades for us?

Thanks for the link. I'll let you know if I find anything.

Since everyone seems convinced the stock rods are icky, sooner or later I'm going to have to delve into the motor. If I'm going to do that, might as well make it worth my while and go all out. But, as I have a habit of thinking along these lines, if I'm going that far I might as well just get a new motor built from the ground up... and if I'm going to do that... and if.... and... and... you get the idea hehe.

I'm going to start with the simple stuff... filter, chip, 2# pulley, exhaust. Where we go from there nobody knows.

Just for future reference, does anyknow know of good Ford motor builders? Don't have to be a Lightning expert to know what works well under boost hehe.

Come on, somebody has to know an engine builder for Ford. After all these quick informative responses I'm tempted to go talk to Nick at Agostino Racing and have him build me a Chevy motor to swap in instead since nobody works on Ford motors evidently

Can't be much worse than what I've found hehe. Only found ONE site mentioning the 5.4 motor and it speaks of a 4 valve build but almost no details and a $14,500 pricetag! I emailed them asking for specific, cause that's a not of price for an item described with just 3 items hehe.
