Hey what about the part # for the 4(2 each side) on the rear swaybar?Anyone know? Thanks Dale NLOC#687 Red 95 #2075 of #2280 BOLT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rear swaybar Part# is a whole kit, comes with the endlinks and center bushings. Its not like the front where you have to piece it together.

Thanks LW93Rcode that part not being made for our trucks anymore,I'm finding that out more and more every time I visit my local friendly Ford dealer.Dale nloc#687 Red 95 #2075 of #2280 BOLT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't remember the rear swaybar part number I ordered BUT it wasn't the entire kit, it just included the rear swaybar greaseable mounts. What I did was go to the the local 4x4 store who handles Prothane(used to work there) and bought a set of Jeep torque something bushings, that were probably better than the endlink bushings they gave in the kit.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PIVOT ARM BUSHINGS!! When I replaced all the front bushings I comtemplated NOT doing the pivot arms since they looked like a PITA, well when I pulled off the drivers side Pivot bushing I found that I had cracked the frame where the bracket mounts. I had 8 cracks ranging from 1" up to about 3-4"...Early detection(sound like a breast cancer person) saved it from spiralling out of control and causing a life threatening situation.

Hey Curt, sure you ordered the right number? My kit came with everything. I do remember though that when I ordered it, my parts guy said it did list as a part for an Explorer in his computer.

Any pictures? I am not quite sure where the "pivot arm bushings" are. I have replaced the radius arm bushing (mine were shot at 30K miles).

front swaybar bushings

When I bought my front sway bar bushings they all came togerher. endlink bushing with the center ones too. I haven't changed the endlinks because I heard you have to shave them down inorder to fit. Is this true, what can I use to take the old bushing out and shave down the new one? Thanks Alex

Nope I don't have any pictures, but it's really easy to find the pivot arm bushings.. Just follow your I-beam to where it pivots and mounts to the frame and walla, that's your pivot arm bushing/mount. The passenger side mount is intergral with the frame, and the drivers side is just bolted in, and my drivers side had one bolt that was finger tight that caused the cracks to start..

On the endlinks, you just have to grind a little off the metal sleeve until it fits inside the brackets. Its a piece of cake if you have access to bench grinder.
