Does JDM burn chips for Gen.1 Lightnings?

I have full Bassani exhaust with cats, trick flow heads(box stock),crane L cam,1.7rockers,electric fans,level 10 shift kit,underdrives,1" intake spacer,and some other small bolt ons. I am looking to remove my speed limiter,move the RPM limiter up,move the WOT shift points up a little(5300rpms)& a tune that will max out the combo. I went with the crane cam because the truck MUST pass the R.I. smog testing. So that is a factor also. Any info/prices/opinions would be great!! Thanks!!
