Dodge Wins Daytona!!!!

I actually watch Nascar alittle now just for the fact Dodge is in it again. It got kind of old listening about the rival between Ford vs GM, GM vs Ford, etc. etc. etc.

Just luck, all the competition got knocked out.

I agree. Jarrett had the stuff to overtake everybody, it seemed, and ran out of luck at the end.:(

It pains me to say, congratulations to Ward Burton.:m

He did'nt push, he was trying to pull his fender off of his tire. I was glad to see Gordon get spun and I was really hoping Dale jr. was going to win it and I think with him and Waltrip both running so good they would have had a good chance to win. I'm still a die hard Ford man but, when it comes to Nascar I have to go for Dale jr. even if he does drive a chevy. A win is a win but, we'll have to wait and see how many more races they can win this year. I think it was luck but, we'll see. I was still glad to see Ward Burton win, I think he deserved since hes never won at Daytona.

Throw away those restrictor plates and then we'll see some real racing at Daytona. If it wasn't for Dodge/Chevy (Marlin/Gordon) causing the wreck at the front and Waltrip,... in the back of the lead pack then Jarret/Saddler would have had a better chance. With restricor plates and 3 laps left whoever has the lead will almost always win, lets get rid of restricor plates.

LMAO!
The site of Dale Jr, cutting a tire down and his fender exploding was so satisfying! Then to top it off, he got collected again in another wreck......HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!
It's too bad he won the busch race, Jimmy Spencer should have won. Too bad he cut a tire down with a few laps to go. He was really dominating that track saturday.
And not like I'm a heartless bastard or anything, but come on with the Dale Sr stuff already. They've made this guy into Elvis! There was more Dale Sr crap around and people holding three fingers up then I don't know what. If I see one more black goodwrench hat or T-shirt, I think I'm gonna puke!
Did any of this go on when Davey Allison, Alan Kulwicki, or the young Petty kid died? How many people remember Robby Moroso?
Sorry, I just think this Earnhardt thing has gotten wayyyy out of control. I too was devastated when I heard the terrible news, but it's beyond him just dieing now. His death has become too commercial. Let the guy rest in peace.

Neway, glad to see Mopar take the win at Daytona.......even if it wasn't Elliott:(

i think rudd was the strongest ford, damn harvick got in the way
and knocked a lot of good ones out..part of it though
