debate in War Zone, need quick answer

Do you or do you not hear the blower whine on a STOCK L with the stock air box at WOT. There is a debate in the war zone about a video with what seems like a Gen2 L, but no blower whine.

Yes you do! I have a 99' And all the stock stuff on and you can hear the blower whine loud and clear. The chip is not in at this time.

Actually, you hear the s/c before WOT, but, you can't miss it at WOT, it is louder than most everything else.

My '02 L is totally bone stock, 1,100 miles on it. You can hear the blower at any RPM as long as it's boosting.

I can run 80 mph with no whine, or I can run 1 mph and whine loud enough to hear it better than the exhaust. It's all a matter of throttle position and boost.

WOT from a dead stop is all blower whine, loud enough in my '02 that I can't hear the engine over it.

My 100% stock (even air filter) has a blower whine louder than my exhaust.

I was next to a White 01 the guy claimed was bone stock and he punched it at about 35mph... Lots of blower whine (not to mention tail lights). And I've seen them at the track, you can hear the whine

I call it the "Elephant Mating Sound" and its much louder than my exhaust.

At triple-digits speeds with the windows down (like at least one of the encounters in that video), I can't hear blower whine on my stock Lightning.
