Cruise to the Lake of the Ozarks!

Okay guys, I know it really early but I was wondering who would be up for a short trip??

Anually there is a huge car cruise at Lake of the Ozarks on Bagnel damn! Last year there was slightly over 600 cars! Its in the first weekend of May I believe (I'll get dates later) and I was wanting to cruise down early sat morning and stay till sunday afternoon!

I didn't want any of us to enter the car show, just check it all out and all cruise and hang out together, maybe hit some go kart tracks or something! Its pretty awesome needless to say! I have some stanger buddies from Topeka who want to go so anyone is welcome!

Also, we can bring the women and if they get boared they can drive 10 minutes over to the 2nd biggest outlet mall of the nation!

Let me know what everone thinks!

Greg and I are always up for a weekend at the Lake of the Ozarks! Since that is where we spent our first date! Kinda cheesy huh?

~Shane, find out when exactly it is, I know a friend who can usually find resonable condo's down there to rent. When I find out when it is, I can check on them for all of us who want to go. I think there are some that sleeps 6 or 8 people, maybe more.

I coulda swore they didnt have one last year. Well, maybe it was the year before, but I know one of the two years I recieved A letter in the mail saying it was canceled for that year.
Hmm. Just wondering. And you are right it is a blast. Ive made it there a couple of times. Its great to have the roads closed to everyone except the people cruising.
I tried to get a trip together to go down there,but I got no responses, so I hope everything works out for you guys this time...go its a GREAT time.

No Shane, you havent met me bofore. I was at WFC 2000 and cruised in to St.Louis (which is close to where Im from) with the guys from western Missouri and Columbia Missouri. I met a few of the guys then. But I dont do a lot of posting here. It just frustrates me. There are some monkeys on here that talk a lot of ridiculous smack,and since you can't do anything about it or prove anybody wrong over the computer, I save my blood pressure and stay away.
I like this bunch of guys though, everyone was freindly at WFC, and Id like to meet up with the MKLO, but the meetings and stuff are always out your way, and between work and college, I just dont have the time.

But as far as the lake thing, that would be cool. I dont have a condo there but I do have a waverunner And it sure is a fun place to be. Lots of stuff to do.
