Can I cut these wires?

Specifically the connectors for the EEC test port, TFI plug and spout connector. Of course I have pimpxshift with coil near plug set up so this stuff is not used. Just want to be sure before cleaning up engine bay some. My only small question is the small ground wire that is also connected to eec test port. Was it just for that port or is it an additional ECU ground? Guess I can always break that one out and re-route it to a better spot.

I removed all but the SPOUT and ground from the red truck (since I still have the stock TFI), and then learned you still need the TX/RX if you want to flash the PxS's trans controller. Thankfully, I have the second truck, so just have to do the hassle of swapping ECUs when I decide to do a firmware update.

Well short answer to is you can't cut all of it lol. If you go coil near plug you can cut the spout and TFI plug... However there is something in the test EEC plug that cannot be disconnected or you won't get power to your ECU and thus turn pumps on. The ground there does not affect anything but I still kept it. So short answer is don't cut those wires to that lol.

There's a lead for the fuel pump that allows you to bypass the ECU in the test connector, but I don't see how that would impact the pumps being triggered by the ECU since it's just a parallel ground to the relay? It's a normally open ground circuit.

I think it is a power issue. There is power at that connector that I believe powers the ECU. I didn't take the time to figure out exactly which one that is. The ECU must get a good enough ground elsewhere as that particular ground didn't affect anything when unhooked.
