Hey Paul I got the vortech bracket yesterday. I need to know do I need to buy 1/4" longer bolts for the thicker plate or are the standard bolts long enough to mount plate and blower. Has anyone put on their plate yet, if so how does it fit

I received my bracket last week. Fits and looks great but you should buy the1/4in larger bolts. I did'nt want to take a chance on them breaking. Besides that it's really a very easy install.

hey, its lightning2fast. definitely get longe bolts for both the main bracket and head unit. they can be had at any hardware store (home depot) and are cheap. aluminum is not too strong and alot of stress is put on those bolts so the more threads the better. hope youre happy with the bracket. let us know how it helps you with belt slip, boost etc. im gonna try to get some more made but im gonna have to round up 5 more people first.

Thanx paul !!!I also figure to get some flat washers as not to chew up the alumium too.
