CA lightnings....any difference?

Is there any difference in the GEN 1s that were sold in California vs others? I was told there's a little less hp in them. Would that be a different computer for emissions or something?

I've seen this question asked before and from what a read the answer is no. Same computer on all years and all emission legal in CA. Friend of mine bought a 94 white L in Washington and brought it back here to CA and had to problems what so ever. Hope I helped and I wasn't wrong. Alex
