Borla Exhaust

Is the muffler in the nastruck and the one in the catback(stock location) the same. I have been looking for a borla muffler and I know they were discontinued. I have email borla asking about them and have heard nothing. I will probably call them next. Also do you think the gen2 might be the same as the gen1 mufflers they are both 2 in 2 out, just wondering. I have talked to someone who has borla, they say it gets rid of drone and its not that loud without cats. Thats what I'm looking for. I'm running custom exhaust exiting side behind rear tires.

Derek, I don't know if it is the same or not. I e-mailed Borla and didn't get a response either. Wish I could be of more help.

derek- i have the borla nastruck on my L. i dont think that they offer it anymore. check downs ford, i think they may still sell them. as for the muffler mounting, i am under the impression that it is in a different location (closer to the side of the truck. i didnt instiall it tho, the previous owner did. hope this helps. mike
