??Black goopy insulation crap on firewall around heater core hose!?

I put blue heater hose(goodyear) in place of the black factory hose so I need some of this crap to seal the location back up. Or can I use something else?!

You can try a product called strip caulk. It is black & quite sticky. You should be able to get it at a parts store that sells body supplies...

Thanks man!! Got some of the stuff(strip caulk) from my sister's boyfriend yesterday. He works at a high $$ body shop(he is a painter). I asked him if he knew what I needed and he laughed and pulled out a big box of the crap from his tool box!:tu: If it's for free, it's for me!
