Bassani Question

So I have to put the smog stuff back on my truck to get in legal for CA. I was thinking of using Bassani's headers, X pipe, and mufflers with the side exit. I don't however want it to be particularly loud, just deep. I prefer it if they can't tell how hard I'm trying

Can you use the headers with the smog stuff? And how does the side exit sound compared to the over-the-axle? Any opinions?

Well I think over the axle would be quieter. Because we are running Bassani Ceramic Headers to 2 cats to 1 muffler to side exit (passwnger side). Its pretty loud its not like a top fuel dragster but its loud enough to where you can hear it about a 1/4 mile away. But its a good loud very deep.

My Bassani rear exit sounds badass. I like the side exit, but doesn't have the throaty deep sound (no pervert jokes) of the rear exit.
