Ray,

My air fuels are a tad leaner than what we talked about on the other post. The tech at Turbo Tech said it is OK and I want your and anyone elses opinion on it. I'm only running 6lb of boost now that the heads are letting the engine breath better.

Personally I would want it richer.

I'd add some fuel and I bet you see some more HP :) But you might be maxing those 19's did you have a chance to watch your fuel pressure ? What was the total ? Did it drop off any ?

Ray, FMU raised it up to 80lbs and it held there just fine, running 200lph inline so supply is there, 19's are at their limit no ?'s about it.
Thanks for your reply,
Maybe it is time for 30's sheesh!
I'm getting too old for all of this, lol.
Ribs are still sore from leaning over the fenders on the head R&R.
Later on,
Steve

You can probably get some more FP against those 19's but yeah you're starting to see the top :)

Ray, How can I get more fuel pressure? I'm already using a 12 to 1 FMU, do they go up any higher than that. I guess I can get a Cartech FPR but that won't do squat once we start making boost.
Talked to JMS today and gave them the info. He said to keep the 5500 shift because of the weight of the truck, others have told me the same. They are going to richen up the program a bit and I'll get back on the wideband. BTW, the reburn won't cost me a nickle. JMS was trying to encourage me to get the 30's in there, then play with fuel pressure. We will see how it goes.
Thanks for the input.
Steve
