Autometer Gauges

I'm gonna be looking at buying some new A-pillar gauges this spring and I'm trying to decide between the Ultra-Lites and the Phantom series. Which do you guys/gals think will look best in there with my stock gauges? Thanks - Brian

I am going with the sport comps because they have black faces. Both the ones you mentioned have white faces. I figure I am going to match the after market guages with my factory guages.

How's the lightning with the black gauge? My brother has an autometer tach and I'm not a fan of how it looks at night, there's just a little light shining up from the bottom, I like the whole gauge to light up. Just my thoughts on it, thanks for the suggestions, maybe I'll reconsider the black gauges. - Brian

Thanks for the picture! It does look good, did you have to paint the pillar pod?

The lightning is pretty good it's a little darker at the top but not bad

And the guage pods come black so you have to paint it if you want it to match

I can't remember the name of them, but Autometer offers some 2" and 2 5/8" gauges that have a black face with a black bezel instead of silver. To me those wouls look the best with the factory gauges.

They might be called Z Series gauges...

The Z-series are black faced with black bezels. I love 'em in my truck.....except for that mechanical fuel pressure gauge, but that's another story.

Where's the best place to pick up the 3-gauge pod these days? How much?
