Yep, that's his. Good ol' Hookatoo.

First Lightning page I ever found on the net. Finding that page several years ago has cost me lots of money......

One day I'll get off my butt and upgrade my Geocities account so that more than one or two people can actually look at the page. LOL!!!

I've been accused of being responsible for several people's afflictions, so I'm sorry guys...

Yep.

Same here. Even "borrowed" a Hookatoo launch picture for use as a backround for a while...

FMOS, Pied Piper in a red Lightning.

Which inspires visions of Sparkmans truck leading a fleet of Gen1s across the Bonneville Salt Flats...

STOP, STOP NOW,

yep, Jeff got me hooked as well. There was that link to the original mailing list (lightning-L) and the rest is history ( but i did have my truck before i found Jeffs site).

Yeah, I had my 93 before I found Hookatoo. I was so happy with it when I was stock. Well, heck, it still is stock. I bought a 95 to mod.

If you must get scientific, the original mailing list is what got me started, Jeff just linked to it:mad:

Man, I am lucky to still be married............

How's this for a looooong time ago.........

Me, Sal, and Jeff AOL IM'n each other before the mailing list, NLOC or anything :tu:

I also remember the very first Lightning page I found, it was Karl Jacobson's. I think he owned two Lightning's.

Yep he got me too.... still using one of his images for a background on one work PC, after I followed the link to NLOC the rest was history.....did some research and bought my 94L

Jaybo 94L RED #397

Wow, was that the voice of the ghost of James Crowder?
Way to stay with it James. You know you are going to have to get another one. Your street driven times are going to be a thing of the past this year, I'm afraid! Anyway, you and Jeff should have great satisfaction to know that your trucks have been our benchmarks for quite a few years now.

BTW, tell us about what you are tinkering with now?

Good to hear from you!
