I was exactly 2 tenths off my previous best. The good news is that my truck is stronger than ever, with a trap at almost 109 mph!

The run was done on my non-aggresive chip (J49). I was going to try the aggresive side (J69) with a little 104 racing fuel, but decided against it due to the cold air. Temp. was 38 degrees.

I met two other L owners, Tom (tommylightning) and Jeff. Very nice guys.

Tommy has a story to tell..............

Thanks for the positive feedback, Stacie It just irks me that my traction issues are making such a negative impact on my times now......

Traction was so bad that night.........on my first run, 14.71:m, upon hitting second gear, my tires broke COMPLETELY loose. The back end was fishtailing wildly, so I had to let off at that time and just drove normally rest of the way down the track

I believe I had a decent second run, but I'll never know. Why? The track said I didn't "register"? The vehicle that ran with me got his times, however.

Traction bars are probably my next course of action (I really do not want to do the slicks).

As you said, you don't want to get Tires, But the truth just hit you in the face. 12.99. You can do all the mods you want but with out the traction will not see any track resulates. Go get some Slicks and then go get that low 12 pass that that tuck has in it as it sits. Because if you hooked all the power that baby is making you will see the results you are looking for.

I like that 109mph pass, Thats some real power there.
