Alignment Question

Got new tires and alignment last week.

Was told that I had a little excessive negative camber that "isn't adjustable." I asked for a print out but was given some scribed numbers instead.

My attempt at interpretation:

Left/Driver Side: -0.4 camber, +4.2 caster
Right/Pass Side: -0.9 camber, +3.5 caster
Toe: 0.04

Isn't the purpose of the CAMBER bushing to adjust camber, even if the bushing must be replaced with a new one?

Guy gave me a good deal on the tires so I can't complain too much, but I'm wondering if he just didn't want to fool with "mechanical work" of doing the bushings as he seems to stay plenty busy enough just selling tires.

I'd rather park the truck until I can get the proper alignment work done than burn through a tire or two in short order.
