I 've been thinking about using a short belt on the track and was wondering if anybody had a sugggestion onthe length. Im sure people have tried it and would know if it was a good idea or not. I have put them on mustangs and the like just never my truck. Also me and devin are going to bristol this weekend for test and tune (weather permitting) and im needing a quick wheel hop fix. Im goin to order the torque arms but can't afford them this week and I ve read about other guys shiming the snubbers. Does this work and how do you do it. Our thoughts were for me to make some clamps out of .5 inch ar400 steel and using grade 8 5/8 bolts and pull the snubbers up to the bottom leaf. the only thing im worried about is will this rotate the rearend toward the front and make wheel hop worse? just a thought that popped in my head. One more thing I ran 8.97 in the eighth last year and haven't had the chance to run the 1/4 in a while since then i have installed a chip and msd 6al and tinkered around with some tuning. What would be a good guess on my 1/4 times( granted i don't spin or wheel hop like always:m Thanks
