That dosen't seem too bad really. A new bumper, hood, fan, intake, windshield and airbags is all I can see it needing. The hood alone costs big $$$$$ but you can always find a used on for a few grand less than they sell for new. Looks like a good deal if you can get cheap used parts.

Road & Track says that hood costs some insane amount to replace though.....its in the "Used Car Special" article they do every once in awile...anyone have that issue? It might be the one with the new Viper on the cover. I think they said it was 10 grand to replace just the hood, but that seems high.

Dang a 10,000 hood.It must be made out of the same stuff the ricers hoods are made out of.You know the one that knock about 2 seconds off your ET

Those bodies are all made of carbon fiber, and thats some big bucks. Dont know if that hood would be 10 grand, but could be, no matter what it would be pricey

This same place has a '01 Acura CL Type-S which is what my girlfriend wants. I pulled the VIN number off their website and got a CarFax report. It was issued a salvage/junk title in California last November with 72 miles on it. Now the dealer says it has 16K miles and a "clean title in Florida". Rrriiiiggghhhttt...
