'03 Mercury Marauder vert w/ '03 Cobra motor @ 6psi

At this time, the convertible is purely a concept, but public reaction will be closely monitored to gauge whether sufficient demand exists to justify a full development program.
Ah well... at least the sedan goes on sale this summer. Wierd how the engine in the coupe is a nat asp DOHC and the s/c engine in the vert was a SOHC not the DOHC engine.

We just converted my line over to the 03 frame they're talking about. The hydroforming process went in last year. My line (final frame assy.) is all new from 99% of the tooling to 100% new welding robots, new transfer, all new panels. It's being debugged now, and I am missing it! We picked up about 4 new jobs in the process, but unfortunately our building as a whole (hole?) lost about 40.:( It looks like the new frame will be stronger, and better welded, and the car looks teriffic! The Marauder is definitely on my short list!

the guys at ford were gonna drop in a tuned 5.4, but then nixed that for "size reasons" (or so i read). if i got one of those, the first thing i would do is drop a tuned 5.4. that car would be kickass. mike

That is a sweet car!:tu:

Finally an answer to the Impala SS, only 9 years too late.

Ford should've done this 10 years ago.
