Tuning a blower and cam speed density

Hey guys well friend of mine just installed a cam on his gen1 that has a powerdyne now he's having idleling problem comp cam he installed ? Can you tune speed density or how would you make the truck run right thanks guys

What cam? Is it a speed density friendly cam?
List his combo

It could be tuned if its a sd cam...

224/230 duration at .050 with a 110 lobe sep.....is not sd friendly. That cam needs mass air,or it will never idle.
