Trying to decide what to do with what's left of my 95!

Last round of pressure washing done. Next up rust converter then paint

That frame is in such great shape! Not many out there with that kind of mileage that look like that. Way to go planning to resurrect it!

Truck was in really good shape no mods all original she needs to come back I love it!
 
I keep seeing bare seat frame posts so are they different? Should I pull mine out and clean them up and save them?
 
Hey everyone, been too cold and or wet to get much done lately, so I've been planning build ideas. My question is pros and cons to running a Holley Sniper set up or PmXshift instead of going back to DB or MAS air?

Since you're wiring from scratch under the hood it's a tossup on that, but the Xshift is the closest to plug and play you can get for stock wiring.

Are you going to tune it yourself or take it somewhere? If you want someone to tune it for you then go Holley.

I am keeping an eye out for a donor 94- 95 F150, 351w, E4OD so it will be correct harness etc. Not too many around but bunches of 300/6 trucks. I have a buddy who is good at Mega squirt systems he will help on tuning it.

Alternate option is a 300/6 5 speed 4x4 truck so I can convert my 88 Bronco from auto to stick and then swap all the harness out to 351. lot more work that way but I get both done.

A buddy has a white 88 F150 that I may be able to get but that is swapping eveything out to later model truck. not sure cab will fit 95 dash etc.

it’s been crazy lately guess my insurance company has decided they can just walk around my house without permission and sent me a letter about what’s left of lightning body… yes it’s still sitting on my trailer lol. You can still see enough to know what it is and now I’m wondering if they are going to give me a headache trying to register it.
Thinking about just giving up and selling parts from it. Got the frame, rear axle assy, rear bumper etc I could sell and put toward something else.

Sorry been very busy lately but letter basically said I needed to get the unrepairable degraded vehicles out of my yard. The VIN plate was melted off so nowhere to ID it but you could still see remainder of Lightning logo on bed side. I have hauled it off to the junk yard now.

Since when does an insurance company care what kind of vehicle is in your yard? They cant tell you to remove it .
