JLP air box ?

Does the kit come with a filter and all the hardware to bolt to the maf? Also wondering if the forced air kit comes with the jlp box. The picture on your website looks like it without the lid. Thanks for the help.
 
my box came with the filter and the hardware to the maf, I ordered the chrome lid and already had the ram air so the box connected right up to the tube in the fender not the end of the filter like the old set up. much better...
