Brake Depot is offering a free oil change and oil filter to military personnel and their immediate families through Jan. 1. The offer is good at all 12 Brake Depot shops in San Diego, says Patrick Walby, president. Appointments can be made by calling (800) 427-2537. Military identification is required.
