Happy Holidays to everyone, now my question is can anyone please tell me what the throttle position sensor volts should be set at both idle and wide-open throttle if I remember correctly the numbers are about and not exactly. Thanks for your help

I’ve never adjusted one or needed to in 25yrs of owning these trucks.
I had to, I bought my truck used. It was out of range, but so was the throttle blade. My idle was high, bout 1000rpm. Had to adjust both while doing maintenance. I ended up at 0.94v. Correcting the throttle blade was probably the money maker in my situation.

Thank you for your response, I think you hit the nail on the head because that is exactly what I have

The Ford spec is 0.6vdc - 4.5vdc (https://www.nloc.net/forum/index.php?media/sensor-tps-specs.67365/), but several 5.0 HO & 5.8 tuners report an optimum performance at 0.9v at idle with steady sweep up to the max.

(Steve beat me to it!)
